Today I had received a text message from one of our group members of Operation Banana Peel stating that he can't be a part of it because his car broke down out of state and he won't be able to make it back. Thus, I'm a little bummed out and uncertain on what is going to take place with this operation. Hopefully, an alternative plan will be created.
Anyways, as far DNC involvement goes, I met a girl who volunteered all day at the convention to organize a few of the luncheons. Aside from mass amounts of people, she didn't really get to meet anyone famous. She is a volunteer representing the state of Minnesota.
